This notice covers the Entergenie marketing website and its forms. It does not describe the processing of customer data by an agent platform; that scope must be agreed separately before a pilot.
What you choose to share
The updates form asks for your email address and consent to receive product news and blog updates. The quote form asks for your name, company, work email, team size, and a description of your needs. Please do not include credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential business records.
How it is used
Quote information is used to respond to your request and discuss a potential engagement. Newsletter subscriptions use a confirmation email so you can verify your address before it is added to the updates list. A quote request does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Service providers
The website is prepared for hosting on Vercel. When configured, Resend processes confirmation emails, newsletter contacts, and quote delivery. These providers process the information required to provide those services. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data, including IP address and request time, for delivery and security. Provider terms and processing locations should be reviewed as part of the website’s production configuration.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form. Newsletter messages should include an unsubscribe link supplied by the email provider. You can also reply to a received Entergenie email to ask about access, correction, or deletion of the details you submitted. Retention requirements and any legally required records are reviewed when responding.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not install marketing analytics or advertising cookies in its application code. Fonts are served with the website, so rendering the page does not require a third-party font request.
Keeping information relevant
Quote information is used for the enquiry and any resulting business discussions. Subscription information is used while you choose to receive updates. You can request that information you submitted be deleted by replying to a message from us; any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons is considered separately.
